Opened in June 2024 by Michelin-starred chef Fayçal Bettioui, Table 3 introduces fine dining to Casablanca’s seaside district of Ain Diab. Drawing on Bettioui’s international background—from training in France to earning a Michelin star in Germany—the restaurant offers a minimalist, nature-inspired ambiance crafted by designer Ali Lahlou, featuring materials such as black crushed concrete, wood-slatted ceilings, mirrored surfaces, and silver travertine accents (sources: maisonsdumaroc.com, shoelifer.com, mapstr.com).

The culinary concept revolves around a tasting menu that highlights a fusion of French technique, Japanese simplicity, and Moroccan terroir. A shorter à la carte lunch menu is also available, with standout dishes such as tataki de bœuf, truffle gnocchi, foie gras, turbot, lamb, and lobster. In recognition of its exceptional dining experience, Table 3 was honored with the prestigious “One To Watch” award in the 2025 Middle East & North Africa 50 Best Restaurants.
